While working on the office interiors of Tulip Mobile in Copenhagen between 2004 and 2005, Lakshmi meticulously crafted handmade lamps and fixtures. Influenced by the minimalist and sleek aesthetics of Nordic designs, these pieces were created with utmost care and attention to detail. Despite Copenhagen's lack of sunny days, Lakshmi dedicated most of her time to designing and sourcing furniture that complemented the lamps specifically tailored for Tulip Mobile's office. Luckily, the city provided ample opportunities to immerse herself in the essence of Scandinavian art, design, and culture, enriching her creative journey.
